Are your products really hand-painted?
Yes. Every saree, panjabi and two-piece set is individually hand-painted by our artist — no printing or machine work is used. Because of this, slight variations between pieces are part of the charm, not a defect.
How long does it take to make my order?
Since each piece is painted to order, production time varies by design and workload. We'll confirm an estimated timeline with you by phone or WhatsApp after you place your order.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver across Bangladesh via courier. Delivery charges differ for inside and outside Dhaka — see our Shipping page for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, and manual bKash / Nagad / bank transfer (confirmed with our team after you place your order). Online card payments are coming soon.
Can I customize the design, color or size?
Many pieces can be customized. Message us on WhatsApp or Messenger with your requirements before or after ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I return or exchange a hand-painted item?
Because each piece is made to order, we only accept returns/exchanges for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
